Shipping Policy
Preorders are charged at the time the order is placed. Production begins after the preorder period closes. Estimated delivery for preorder items is late November, around Thanksgiving weekend. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Kerri Alise Collection is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
